These terms explain how CurbApeele bookings, payments, service communication, and completed work are handled.
1. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions are a binding agreement between CurbApeele ("we," "us," or "our") and you ("Customer"). By booking, paying for, or receiving services throughhttps://www.curbapeele.com/, you agree to these terms and to our separate Privacy Policy.
2. Our Services
CurbApeele provides professional pressure washing for curbs, sidewalks, front walkways, driveways, and patios, plus curb address number painting in Fairfax County, Virginia. Service pricing is shown transparently during booking and may vary based on service area, property details, selected services, and other factors shown in the checkout flow. Please see the website for current transparent pricing. Online booking allows you to select services, enter your property details, schedule service, and pay securely.
3. Booking, Scheduling, and Payment
You must provide accurate contact information, including a mobile number for service-related SMS notifications, and accurate property information so we can estimate, schedule, and complete the work. At checkout, you may prepay the eligible booking total for the displayed discount or reserve the booking with the displayed deposit. If you choose the deposit option, you authorize us to securely save your payment method and charge the remaining displayed balance after service completion is confirmed. We aim to provide clear pricing with no hidden fees.
4. Scheduling, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling requests. Service dates may need to shift because of weather, route efficiency, equipment issues, site access problems, or other conditions outside our reasonable control. If a scheduled service cannot be completed because required access or site readiness is unavailable, we may reschedule and may apply reasonable fees where appropriate.
5. SMS Notifications
We send automated transactional SMS messages for booking confirmations, reminders, service updates, rescheduling, and completion notices. By providing your mobile number and booking service, you consent to receive these service-related messages powered by Twilio or a similar provider. Message and data rates may apply. 6. Warranty and Limitation of Liability
We stand behind our workmanship for 30 days after service completion. The warranty covers issues caused by our workmanship and does not cover ordinary wear, new stains, weather events, pre-existing damage, surface defects, drainage issues, or conditions outside our control. You are responsible for providing safe access, working exterior water access when required, and cleared service surfaces. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service at issue.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts serving Fairfax County, Virginia.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised last updated date. Continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the updated terms.
